The highly-anticipated Beijing InfoComm China 2020, which was postponed from its original March dates due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, is set to run from 28-30 September 2020 at the China National Convention Center (CNCC).
On the re-scheduling of the premier Professional AudioVisual (Pro-AV) and Integrated Experience solutions platform which has been running since 2007, Richard Tan, Executive Director of organizer InfoCommAsia, said:
“We would like to thank all of our exhibitors, partners, speakers and attendees for their patience in giving us time to secure alternative dates. Beijing InfoComm China occupies the entire China National Convention Center and the venue owners have been very cooperative in clearing a spot in the calendar to allow us to stage the show.”
“We are grateful for the continued support and solidarity shown by our exhibitors during this difficult time.
It attests to the importance of the show in providing business opportunities and vital knowledge-sharing for the professional AV industry, and our team will work hard to deliver a show that will help in the rebound of the China market.”
Beijing InfoComm China 2020 comprises a 68,000 sqm exhibition, introducing the latest cutting-edge Pro-AV and Integrated Experience solutions from over 450 technology innovators from China and the world.
An exciting program of conferences and technical seminars have also been lined up to deliver best-of-class education for exhibitors and attendees at the show.
With the 2020 show taking place in the later part of the year, InfoCommAsia has decided to schedule the 2021 show to 21 – 23 July 2021 to maintain a reasonable time frame between the two events.
Richard Tan explained, “Many of our exhibitors use Beijing InfoComm China to launch new products and technology, and it is important that we provide them with enough time to prepare for the event.”
