End-to-end digital solutions provider Vega Global (Vega) announced the acquisition of Kodum, a leading technology services provider operating in ANZ and the Pacific Islands, to expand their services across the region and better service their multi-national clients.
Kodum has over 16 years’ experience in providing audio-visual, automation & conferencing solutions that connect, unify and engage customers across ANZ and Pacific Islands markets. While Vega, with regional offices in over 16 APAC locations, provides a consistent approach to consulting, project management, and managed services to streamline their offerings to their local and multi-national clients.
With the addition of Kodum, Vega strengthens and expands its global network, extending its unique service offerings to cater to its growing client base.

Driving the evolution of the AV IT industry in APAC
Vega and Kodum both identify a shift in the AV market towards IT as a key opportunity to advance. As a result, the businesses are developing their in-house abilities to address this shift and elevate their services to provide complete and relevant digital solutions.
Vega and Kodum have complementary vertical market experiences, particularly MNCs, government, hospitality, retail, and education. By coming together, there are greater opportunities to strengthen and broaden their capabilities.
International experience and leveraging global technology trends
Vega’s extensive network of offices throughout the APAC region will bring their international experiences and understanding of global trends to ANZ and the Pacific Islands teams. The combined entities’ long-standing relationships with all major manufacturers ensures clients will be receiving a tier 1 supply chain experience and preferential support.
The acquisition sees Kodum Executive, Andrew Green, taking on the position of CEO of Vega ANZPAC (Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands), while current Vega Australia Country Manager, Nikolce Blazevski is promoted to Global Project Director at Vega Global.
