At ISE 2025, taking place February 4-7 at the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, AVIXA will present a wide-ranging program of learning and networking, including a comprehensive summit program, broadcast AV in action at the AVIXA TV Studio, interactive sessions at Xchange LIVE, and much more.

Whether it’s a full-day summit exploring smart workplaces or a panel discussion on sustainability at AVIXA Xchange LIVE, ISE will tackle the most vital topics driving the AV industry,” said AVIXA CEO David Labuskes, CTS, CAE, RCDD. “There is so much to experience at ISE. From inspiring keynote speakers to the sprawling exhibit floor, it’s a must-attend show for the pro AV industry.”
Summit Program
AVIXA will present a comprehensive summit program at ISE, which includes the AV Broadcast Summit, Control Room Summit, Digital Signage Summit, Education Technology Summit, Smart Building Summit, and Smart Workplace Summit. In addition, AVIXA has curated ISE education tracks for five mega trends driving the industry: AI, audio, cybersecurity, retail, and sustainability. In addition, Congreso AVIXA, presented in Spanish, takes place Tuesday through Thursday 15:00 to 18:00 in CC5.3. This free congress will feature 12 sessions covering an array of topics, including artificial intelligence, AVoIP, extended reality (XR), immersive technologies, and sustainability in AV.
AVIXA TV Studio
AVIXA TV will broadcast live at ISE from the AVIXA TV Studio (8A880) and bring hands-on demos and lively discussions while showcasing the latest technology for integrating broadcast-quality content into corporate environments.
The AVIXA TV Studio anchor desk will feature Ross Video’s Voyager tracked solution, which will add AR elements to the broadcast, along with a green screen virtual stage powered by Voyager Trackless technology. The studio will also feature control room support from XPression, Tria Express Duet video server, and Ultrix Carbonite routing and switching platform. In addition, graphics will be created by Ross Video’s Rocket Surgery team.
The AVIXA TV Studio will feature a Barco 6×6 TruePix video wall at the anchor desk and a Barco 4×4 LED XT video wall in the podcast area. XPression Tessera from Ross Video will drive the dynamic visuals.
Shure will provide SM7B microphones and boom stands and TwinPlex headsets for the livestream and podcast area, which will host daily podcast recordings. And Forecast Consoles will provide desks for the podcast area and production team.
Visitors to the AVIXA TV Studio booth will have the opportunity to engage in interactive workshops, watch the AVIXA TV livestream as it happens, hear interviews with subject matter experts, and join “bites and insights” sessions on topics including remote production, live recordings of podcasts, and more.

AVIXA Xchange LIVE
AVIXA Xchange LIVE (3R150) will return to ISE for four days of interactive sessions covering artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital signage, certification, wellness, and more. On Friday, frame:work will take over the stage to facilitate conversations around AV career opportunities.
On Tuesday at 12:15, in the session “Sustainable AV: How sustainability triples your tech bottom line,” attendees will hear from providers who are using sustainability strategies to create value in their organizations by helping people, the planet, and their profit.
In the session “Using AV to Drive Wellness in the Workplace” on Wednesday at 12:15, panelists will discuss how to create a healthy work environment in which productivity and wellness are equally balanced with the help of AV.
On Thursday at 15:00, Xchange LIVE will host the session “Cybersecurity in AV – 5 Things You Should Know.” Attendees will hear from experts Florian Krueger, CEO of UNYTED, Shaun Reardon, Principal Cybersecurity Consultant at DNV AS, and Graeme Scott, Global Training Manager for HARMAN.
On Friday at 12:00, the session “The Invisible Crafts of Creative Technology” will explore the complexities of digital labor, examining why we tend to devalue work done with computers. Panelists will discuss the various skills required to successfully deliver cutting-edge visual displays and how to best promote and price this specialized expertise.
