In April 2023, INFiLED made an ultra-large screen for Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport. The 160-square-metre screen built with the LX series was installed at the No.2 Security Checkpoint of the airport terminal and used to display flight information and commercial advertisements to departing passengers.
Last year, Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport launched a terminal renovation project, which included investing in a high-performance screen. For the new screen, the project procurement team requested that it have excellent image quality, which would help attract advertising investment; at the same time, it was expected to have a modern look that matched the overall style of the airport renovation. After reviewing the screen market, the screen that best meets these requirements was the LX series.
The LX series screen installed in the terminal building had a pixel pitch of 3.9mm and a resolution of 10240*1024, displaying content with delicate picture quality; besides, it featured a contrast ratio of 5000:1 and a refresh rate of 3840Hz to ensure that the on-screen presentation was not distorted, and the shadows of the dark parts and the tones of the bright parts were clearly showed when playing videos.
As far as the appearance was concerned, the screen assembled from cabinets with uniform specifications of 1000*1000*81.9mm had a flat and seamless surface and was visually beautiful. Moreover, it had a calibrated brightness of 1000 nits and a viewing angle of 160°, allowing passengers in the terminal to see the content on the screen intuitively, to achieve effective information communication.
