Beijing InfoComm China 2024 concluded successfully after a dynamic three-day showing at China National Convention Centre (CNCC). Strong exhibitor participation and engaging conversations underscored the show’s impact on the industry.
From 17 to 19 April, the show welcomed 31,423 unique visitors, with 5,323 repeat visits over Days 2 and 3. Importantly, the show saw a significant increase in high-value attendees. It attracted 41% organizational end-users – 11% more than in 2023. Nearly 50% of visitors hold managerial positions or higher, or have directly influence over technical and purchasing decisions. The show floor buzzed with innovations as 400 global and emerging exhibitors and brands showcased their latest advancements, including over 45 first-time exhibitors who presented their cutting-edge solutions. The event also premiered over 500 new products, 120 of which were exclusive launches.
Said first-time visitor, Santharupan Subramaniam, Director at Honeymoon Events, “I come from the United Kingdom, and my company runs both indoor and outdoor events. This is my first visit to Beijing InfoComm China, as I am in search of high-quality LED solutions. I chose this show because of its reputation for showcasing quality products. Here, I have found a wide array of options that we can see and assess in person. We have explored several displays, spoken with their representatives, received quotations, and established contacts. This has been a very positive experience, and I believe it would be highly beneficial for first-time visitors.”

EXCITING ENGAGEMENT AND AWARDS
Beyond product displays, Beijing InfoComm China 2024 offered a content-rich showcase with some 100 onsite product demonstrations and presentations, fostering active engagement and stimulating inspiration amongst visitors. This year also saw an all-new awards initiative, recognizing standout innovations and exhibitors. Through an interactive WeChat Mini Program, visitors actively participated in crowning the industry’s champions, driving recognition for innovation and excellence. Amid close competition, 10 winners were voted for each of the two award categories: Most Anticipated New Product and Most Popular Booth.

Along with valued partners like Beijing Fashion Institute and Zhongguancun Overseas Science Park, the addition of esteemed new partners invidis consulting and Themed Entertainment Association further enriched sessions under the Industry Forums track. These partnerships focused on market trends, technological solutions and case studies in the, respectively, Education, Smart Cities, Digital Signage and Entertainment sectors. Partnerships ensure relevance, depth and practicality of insights and ideas to delegates from various vertical markets.
