At InfoComm Asia, Barco showcased the new ClickShare CX-50 second-generation wireless conferencing system. This ClickShare next-gen model was launched in the first quarter of this year.
The CX-50 second-generation premium conferencing solution is meant for high-impact meeting spaces and boardrooms with unique features such as dual screen for an immersive and inclusive experience where you see people and content side by side on 2 displays; effortless switching between UC mode and BYOM experience for wired or wireless connection; Carbon-neutrality; and 100% secure, encrypted and cloud-managed.
Erik Tanuwidjaja, business lead for Meeting and Learning Experience business units, Barco Southeast Asia and Taiwan, shares that the ClickShare Conference solution is well accepted in the Asia Pacific market as the premium wireless conferencing solution for hybrid meetings. “With the enhanced features of the next generation of ClickShare Conference, our customers will now have more engaging, intuitive, energizing and impactful collaboration.”
Erik is also upbeat about the potential growth of the AV market in Asia, especially in developing economies such as Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. “Barco has a lot more work to do to generate the adoption of true hybrid meetings and what it takes for enterprises to embrace wireless conferencing technology. ClickShare offers some very unique value propositions in solving the pain points of IT and AV professionals in managing the expectations of meeting users.”
As for InfoComm Asia, Erik informs that this is the first time the company is participating in the tradeshow. “We are thrilled to be able to connect with our partners and customers. We have gathered many business opportunities during the exhibition,” said Erik.
