Nteck will showcase Hall Technologies’ new Discovery Series Signal Extension at InfoComm India, held from 5 – 7 September in Mumbai, India.
A low-cost 4K extension with adaptable USB and HDMI features for software video conferencing and audio extraction is available from Hall Technologies’ Discovery Series. The series includes a HDBaseT Wall Plate Transmitter and Receiver kit that pairs natively with soft-codec video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Teams, Skype, WebEx and more. These kits were specifically created to handle signal extension for several users in conference rooms, huddle spaces, and classrooms.
The DSCV2-70-TX-UK, is a 2gang UK style a 3 x 1 auto-switching HDBT 2.0 transmitter, can broadcast HDMI, USB-C, and high-speed USB 2.0 signals at distances of up to 40 m (131 ft). DSCV2-70-TX-US is a 2-gang US standard HDBT 2.0 wall plate transmitter and receiver kit with USB-C and two HDMI inputs. When utilised in a classroom or meeting space, extra analogue de-embedding enables the connection of an external audio system with a projector.
