Nureva Inc., an innovator in advanced audio and video conferencing solutions, announces the appointment of EZPro as its distributor in China. EZPro has begun to introduce Nureva’s audio and video solutions to the Chinese business and education markets, where there is an increasing need for IT departments to support hybrid meetings and learning environments.
Headquartered in Shenzhen with branch offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Xi’an and Shenyang, EZPro is well equipped to rapidly accelerate adoption of Nureva solutions in organizations throughout the country. The company will work with both the reseller channel and end users to address their need for collaboration solutions that are cost-effective and easy to deploy, while delivering the reliability and performance required for effective hybrid working and learning. The needs in China are the same as those of businesses and educational institutions around the world and are reflected in the tremendous growth that Nureva is experiencing in its customer base, including the addition of BP, Michelin, L’Oréal, University of Auckland, Ritsumeikan University, Vodafone and Sarawak State Government.
A recent Research Gate study on blended learning in China states that the online learning trend is here to stay. Post-pandemic findings are seeing improved quality and effectiveness of learning with decreased travel and time constraints and a larger pool of teaching resources. Microsoft recently published a study about China’s early shift to hybrid work, which found that nearly 70 percent of China-based employees prefer hybrid work. A Gartner Research report on effective meetings for a hybrid workforce also found that a higher percentage of respondents in China prefer to participate in virtual meetings, compared to many other countries. It’s clear that both market segments require reliable audio and video to support remote workers and learners. Recognizing this, and with EZPro’s proven distribution approach throughout China, Nureva is poised for strong adoption of its products in the country.
“Nureva strives to make hybrid working and learning simple for all users of their products, and this deeply resonates with our mission,” said Alan Ho, EZPro’s senior VP of business development. “The Chinese market is huge, with more than 90 per cent of meeting rooms and classrooms facilitated by IT departments that require conferencing solutions that are easy to install, manage and scale. We are very happy to be Nureva’s distributor in China and optimistic about the opportunity to rapidly penetrate the market.”
“We are delighted to welcome EZPro to Nureva’s global network of distributors and look forward to working with them to quickly expand the adoption of Nureva audio solutions across China,” said Nancy Knowlton, Nureva’s CEO. “Audio conferencing solutions that support hybrid working and learning are a critical need on a global level, and our unique combination of simplicity and performance continues to resonate with IT professionals everywhere.”
