The World Health Organization declared a public health emergency of international concern on 30 January 2020 to promote and co-ordinate international efforts and enhanced preparedness in response to the COVID-19 virus.
On 28 February, WHO upgraded the global risk of the coronavirus outbreak to “very high” – its top level of risk assessment.
In response to the evolving COVID-19 situation, the organizer of InfoComm Southeast Asia 2020 has decided to postpone the show, which was originally scheduled to take place from 27 – 29 May 2020.
Said Richard Tan, Executive Director of InfoCommAsia Pte Ltd, “While we understand that this may cause inconvenience, we have made this decision with the best interest of our exhibitors and attendees in mind.”
InfoComm Southeast Asia 2020 will now be happening on 9 – 11 July 2020 (Thursday – Saturday) at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), halls 101 & 102.
