Yes, the Systems Integration India Awards (SIIA)—the Indian AV industry’s first excellence awards platform—is ready to do what it has stood for the last five editions: excite, elevate, and enchant, encapsulate AV excellence, and enjoy ensemble expertise.
The sixth edition of SIIA—happening for the second time at the La Grande Maison, Sofitel BKC in Mumbai—is slated to relive the excitement of the AV excellence celebration.

Systems Integration India Awards (SIIA) has come to epitomize Indian AV’s excellence celebration – it is rearing to relive all that again, for the sixth time, and with more nerve and verve.
The spirit of the initiative—something uniquely prideful for the industry as a whole—is that, despite the oddities of scale, it received a remarkable total of 60-plus valid entries across all six categories of the Awards, reflecting an impressive 45 percent increase from last year.
Even more encouraging is the significant rise in participation by the contesting companies. While the 2023 edition saw a total of 21 AV entities submit their projects, the number scaled up as much as 70 percent, with the total number of companies joining the competition rising to 36. Moreover, this year’s event has as many as ten companies participating in the Awards for the first time.
These figures highlight the growing recognition and appreciation of the SI India Awards within the industry. The Awards have become a vital platform for galvanizing industry engagement.
A very gratifying thing, not out of place to mention here, is the expanding gamut of the awards’ excitement, as inquiries came pouring in, so much so that a good number of entries came from unexpected quarters of the industry spectrum.
For sheer reassurance, this year’s event also attracted two new Sponsors: Delta Displays and EyeViz Digital Solutions.
“Awards are both reward and rejuvenator for any creative activity; in the Professional audio-visual domain, which is all about creating and enhancing experiences of technology, they contribute to a positive competition among stakeholders to elevate the technology experiences every time,” said Hemant Aggarwal, Business Head, Display Solutions Business Unit, Delta India.
“We’ve been hearing about Systems Integration India Awards for a few years now; it’s been our reckoning that they have created a compelling buzz in the Indian ProAV domain,” Hemant said. “Being the leader here, we thought it’s time we put our imprint with the initiative and contribute to the genuine growth of the industry in a way that befits our philosophy and positioning.”
“The SIIA platform promises to honour the best creative AV design and integration work in India, and we see the entire ecosystem of ProAV getting honoured. It includes the whole value chain of the industry, which includes sharing and celebrating the laurels. We wish the SIIA scale up further and further as they negotiate the future industry domain.”
Endorses Ashok Sharma, Director at EyeViz Digital Solutions: “Systems Integration India Awards is one of the best things to happen to Indian AV. For a simple reason, it strives to bring to the fore the best of Indian AV expertise and also seeks to reward the excellent work done in the background.”
A very dynamically growing AV enterprise, Eyeviz Digital Solutions (i) Pvt. Ltd. has carved a niche of its own in creating experiences out of an array of display solutions that it brings to various install spaces. Headquartered in Mumbai, the pan-India-spread display solutions provider has been actively driving the domains of NOCs, Control Rooms, VR, 3D display domains, Immersive Visitor Experience Centre, Digital Museums, Visitor Attractions, Projection Mapping and so on.
“We have been watching SIIA evolving over the years; we see the value-add the Awards bring to the systems integration industry, and the contribution to the cause of the industry as a whole is something very unique,” Ashok observes. “We believe it’s time we joined the celebration and be in the centre of the action.”
“Being part of the integration industry for so long, we want to contribute to the cause of the industry and celebrate the joy of being there.”
The SIIA event is co-organized by Spinworkz Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based media house focused on the Professional AV and Entertainment segment, and Shyamindira Media Networks Pvt Ltd, a Bengaluru-based media entity acting as a franchisee of Spiworkz events in India, in addition to its own AV activity.
“It’s been our commitment, our belief in Indian AV,” says Thomas Richard Prakasm, Managing Director of Spinworkz and chief architect of the now-IP-sort SIIA platform. “India AV, for us, is second to none. It has so much potential and promise that arguably challenges the global setting,” observes Thomas. “It is this promise we wanted to translate into an appreciation and accelerate to higher levels of achievements.”
Endorses Ram Bhavanashi, Director at Shyamindira Media Networks: “We stand committed to the cause we initiated. Indian AV’s energy and expertise are largely inherent. We have been trying to excite it to the level of expressing itself.”
“SIIA is a statement of Indian AV, an expression of its expertise,” he asserts. “It stands to scale up the ante every time. Now, and into the future.”
