Hibino Corporation now owns 75% of Spectrum, with the remaining shares retained by its founder, Vincent Chua.
This partnership marks a significant milestone in Spectrum’s growth as it joins forces with one of the region’s most established and diversified AV companies. Hibino recorded over S$500 million in revenue and an ordinary profit exceeding S$35 million in FY2024. The company has a global headcount of over 1,600 employees and operates in 11 countries, including Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, the USA, and the Netherlands. It delivers one of the industry’s most comprehensive offerings—from AV consultancy and system integration to LED manufacturing, video production, equipment distribution, and live event rental.
