Vega Global, one of the leading system integrators and managed service providers for audiovisual and IT technologies, recently announced the appointment of Fedor Solntsev as Vega’s Global Service Delivery Director.
In his new role, Fedor will be overseeing all aspects of Vega’s managed services and maintenance service offerings. He will be working closely with the country teams in building their local capabilities and executing strategies to grow Vega’s facilities management and maintenance contracts. Additionally, he will be working hand in hand with the local sales teams and global account management teams to present the service offerings to clients throughout the region. Fedor will also take the lead in building Vega’s infrastructure capabilities to support clients remotely and on the premises.
Based in Japan, Fedor has worked for Vega for several years and has progressed from being a service team manager to managed service director. From 2018, he has been driving the managed services operations for Vega Japan Team. Fedor was responsible for the overall restructuring of his department and created a fully functional team with clear business-as-usual procedures. He also streamlined all related processes and escalations and contributed to Vega Japan’s revamping of the country operations manual to systemize all internal processes.
